Made from 100% Chardonnay. This Brut Nature (zero dosage added) was matured in used oak for 1 year then aged on lees for about 8 years (yes 96 months!). The ripe fruits blessed by the warm vintage is perfect for this zero dosage technique.
Amazing balance of ripe fruits and good acidity. Really fresh. Most importantly this is a yummy bubbly. Can be drunk on its own. We highly recommend this.
