Our Team

The wines and products you find at iWINE.sg are all hand-picked by our passionate founder, Boon, who is a wine connoisseur of over 20 years experience in wine.  He is also an international wine judge and holds the WSET Diploma and Certified Educator (Level 3) qualifications. Boon was also the first local wine merchant in Singapore to achieve the rigorous WSET Diploma (Level 4) qualification. 

All our colleagues in iwine.sg are also WSET (Level 2 and 3) certified.

Boon at Decanter Asia Wine Awards tasting alongside Shinya Tasaki, one of the Vice Chairmen of the Decanter Wine Award Asia 2017. Tasaki-san was one of the World Best Sommeliers.

Boon hosts wine tasting events with the sommelier community in Singapore including Master of Wine Tan Ying Hsien.
