This is a vintage Blanc de Noir (100% Pinot Noir) by one of the most famous German Riesling producers in the world. Made in small quantities for friends as family as well as select restaurant customers only.
Aged on lees for 50months! Despite being 100% Pinot Noir, this has good focus and precision. If you haven't tried how good German sparkling wines are, you should consider one as they are only made in very small quantities compared to Champagne. You will be drinking something special here!
