This Blanc de Blancs is a Chardonnay-based mouthful of pure pleasure and great complexities. The Chenin Blanc in the blend endows it with ripe and apple fruitiness which appeals to most consumers. A second fermentation in the bottle is followed by at least two years on the lees. Elegant, pretty good freshness and zingy, this wine is sure proof why Limoux (the region) has been so famous for its fizz ever since medieval times! Great value at this price!
Food pairing: As aperitif or with most Chinese cuisine or hawker food. The fruitiness will be able to tackle most hawker food's flavours.
