We define fine wines as those which are capable of invoking an emotional response from the person(s) drinking them. Fine wines are normally complex or have the potential to be complex given further ageing. They would also have long ageing potential. Some fine wines are in the high price category because of various reasons - brand, prestige/reputation, limited availability etc. However, you can find fine wines which are reasonably priced likely because only insiders know about them. Go forth and seek some fine wines to add to your collection. You will be duly rewarded in 10 or 20 years down the road!
