Almost pale ruby in colour. Fresh red cherries and raspberry on the nose. Medium bodied, low ish and fine tannins. Red fruits of strawberries and cherries, good freshness and really delicious on its own. Great drinkability! :) We feel like we are the Veneto region with this wine - great typicity. Simple but satisfying red fruits finish.
Highly recommended! As an afternoon drink or to drink on its own. We had it with fried chicken chunks at lunch. Was lovely!
Food Pairing: Would be nice with fried calamari or simple dim sum dishes fried carrot cake or glutinous rice with chicken wrapped in lotus leaf. Of course pasta or pizza. On its own too.
