Fürst is one of the top German Pinot Noir producers. World-class Pinot Noir. If you like red-fruited, silky and elegant Pinot, this could be the one. In blind tastings, Fürst's Grand Crus have often been mistaken as Burgundy especially Chambolle Musigny.
Spätburgunder Tradition is their entry level Pinot. A good intro to the fine wines of Fürst. For those who are new to Fürst, you make take confidence that Fürst Centgrafenberg Spätburgunder 2013 that Red Wine of the Year at the Peak G Wine Awards in Singapore. This is the Gourmet publication of Peak magazine by SPH. Mind you this is not even Furst's Grand Cru wine. It's their 1er Cru equivalent.
