Made from young vines of renowned vineyards in Eola-Amity Hill - Temperence Hill, X Omni.
To preserve the vineyard’s integrity and natural character, grapes are pressed thoroughly and all their sediments preserved. The wines are natively fermented and aged on their lees for twelve months in barrels, followed by six months in a stainless-steel tank. It was kept unfiltered ahead of bottling.
If you taste this blind, you will surely call this a White Burgundy! Min. village quality level to 1er Cru quality. Made by Alban Duboulieu, a native French who honed his skills with the famous Pierre Millemann of Burgundy.
