Great value white Burgundy here! Ripe citrus and melon with good intensity, medium + bodied and some minerality and good acid backbone to balance out the fruit beautifully. Highly recommended!
Saint Romain appellation is under the radar. It is NW of Meursault.
Can be drunk on its own or we can imagine it going well with say a Coq Au Vin or with Chinese cereal prawns with curry leaves! :)
