Pinot Blanc. Hand-selected berries, each healthy and optimally ripe. Toast aromas of new German oak barrels convey structure and strength. Perfect with food such as smoked cheese or ham! Good ageing potential too. If you stash away few bottles over the next 10 years, it will be interesting to surprise some Chardonnay drinkers! As mentioned previously, you don't see much of these around as they tend to be snapped up by top restaurants in Germany and Scandinavian countries.
