We tasted this Champagne as a welcome drink at Odette (a 3-Michelin starred restaurant in Singapore). Medium lemon in colour (deeper than most 2017 base vintage champagne because this was aged in oak). Medium bodied. Complex ripe fruits (we would likely called a Pinot based Champagne in a blind) but good balance of acidity and freshness. Overall, this has finesse yet ripe fruit intensity and complexity. Drink now till 2030. For those who like their Champagne bright and precise, this may not be a good bet! Technically, this scored as a very good Champagne. Hence, we bought it!
