Keller is one of the most famous German Riesling producers and certainly the most famous dry German Riesling producer. His wines always fetch the highest prices in the annual VDP auction - e.g. his G Max and recently Schubertslay.
Fruit for ‘Von der Fels’ comes from 35-40 year old GG (‘Grand Cru’) vines, leading to a dry and juicy palate loaded with flavours of lemon, smoky wet stones, and nuts, balanced by racy acidity.
Food Pairing: We have been raving about the versatility of German Riesling with local food so just hit it with any food. Those who are not used to racy/lively acidity, we recommend to drink with food.
